Housing Corporation

The housing corporation is established to maintain and manage the chapters housing interests.

General responsibilities of the house corporation include serving as landlord to the chapter, developing strategic long range housing plans, and prioritizing chapter house maintenance/ improvements and establishing timetables for implementation of improvements.

Additionally, it is the house corporation’s responsibility to not only deal with the current state of affairs but also to facilitate proper planning for the chapter’s future housing needs.
